Registration Accomodation

• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, and fees that may arise.

• VAT is not included in the registration fees. The VAT rate is 20%.

• All participants and company representatives are required to register. Registration fees include: access to scientific sessions, congress bag and abstract book, entry to the exhibition area, and participation in social events.

• All registrations are confirmed upon payment. Please send your payment receipt to the organization secretariat via email for confirmation.

• To benefit from the discounted registration fees, the payment must be made to the congress account by June 20, 2025, and proof of payment must be sent to the congress organization secretariat by email.

• Participants who register without booking accommodation through the organization secretariat and who do not stay in the official congress hotels provided by the secretariat must register as External Participants.

• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, and fees that may arise.

• VAT is not included in the accommodation fees. The VAT rate is 10%.

• A 2% accommodation tax is included in the prices.

• Prices are for a 3-night package.

• All hotel packages include 3 nights (October 16 check-in – October 19 check-out) on an all-inclusive basis.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the congress organization secretariat at least 15 days before the transfer date.
