Congress Registration
The registration desks will be operating between October 16th and October 19th 2025 from 08.00 to 21.00 hours. You can take badge, congress bag,attendence certificate and meeting documentes from the registration desks.
Invitation Letter
The congress invitation letters that will be requested to be given to the institutions for the congress participation will be sent to the participants who request via the Congress Secretariat. A central permission letter will be written to institutions that employ a large number of physicians. Such invitation letters may only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests who have such invitation letters belong to them.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation
If the cancellation of participation is notified by April 18, 2025, %50 of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for registration cancellations made after this date.

Paying April 18, 2025, for accomodation fees will be refunded at a rate of %50 for cancellations made.
